Come and join us for a nourishing and restorative practice.
Living in harmony with the rhythms of nature can help us move toward balance and support our health & well-being. The Winter season invites us to slow down, ground, and turn inward after the busy, active Fall & Early Winter Season. Use SomaYoga Therapy, including Ayurveda, to support the natural need to calm, ground, and turn inward to nourish the body, mind, and soul. Learn about the moon phases to understand how the moon phases can affect us and how to harness that energy.
Learn healing and restoring practices that are organized around the Six Pillars of Yogic Lifestyle and nourishing Ayurveda recommendations 1) movement, 2) cleansing system support, 3) breath practices/transforming stress, 4) mindfulness & meditation 5) food/input, and 6) strategies for restful sleep & relaxation. In Ayurveda, we learn that with each season, time of the day, and season of life, our individual needs may change to be in harmony with nature and our individual constitution.
Learn and experience new practices in class so you can learn how to integrate them into your life. Class practices are designed for the needs of the participants. You will receive audios and videos. No experience is necessary.
